What services do you offer at BBB?
We offer a range of expert brow and lash services using gentle, non-invasive methods. These include:
  • Precision brow shaping using threading or tweezing
  • Hybrid tint, henna brows and traditional brow tinting
  • HD brows
  • Brow lamination
  • Lash lifts
  • Brow growth support programs
  • Gentle correction of over-plucked or uneven brows
All services use clean, vegan, cruelty-free and low-tox products.

While we do not perform microblading or cosmetic tattooing at Bombay Brow Bar, these services are available through our sister studio, Coterie Atelier.
Coterie Atelier specialises in natural microblading, brow tattoo removal and correction. Please book directly via their website for these services.

We use only high quality vegan, cruelty-free and low-tox formulations. Everything we apply is safe for sensitive skin and suitable for long-term brow and lash health.

Yes. All bookings must be made online via our website at bombaybrowbar.com.au. Our system allows you to select your treatment, date and time, and pay securely during checkout. If you experience issues, you can email us at [email protected] or +61 48 99 01 606 (Text only) for support.

We use an on-demand booking model designed to operate like a virtual walk-in queue. Here is how it works:
  • Bookings are released 21 days in advance but only 50 percent of our appointment slots are initially visible
  • Within 72 hours of the appointment date, 100 percent of the available slots are released
  • You can book an appointment up to two hours before the available time
We recommend checking availability online before leaving the office and booking your preferred time. This allows you to walk in and walk out without delay. This model reduces no-shows and late arrivals, as clients book only when they know they are available.
All bookings must be made and paid online. Even if you are physically at the studio, you will need to book through our website.
If you are present and we have a time available, we may manually override the two-hour booking limit, but only after reviewing our live booking system.

Yes. Every brow threading appointment includes full shaping. We map your brows according to your natural bone structure, creating a balanced and tailored result using threading and gentle tweezing only.

Results vary depending on your skin type, hair growth and aftercare, but the following is a general guide:
  • Brow shaping: 3 to 4 weeks
  • Tinting: 2 to 3 weeks
  • Henna or hybrid brows: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Brow lamination: 6 to 8 weeks
  • Lash lifts: 6 to 8 weeks
Yes. Our treatments are performed using clean, low-tox, plant-based products and non-invasive techniques. We do not use wax. If you have allergies or specific sensitivities, let us know during booking so we can customise your treatment.
Yes. We offer brow and lash services for all clients, including men. Treatments are tailored to suit your individual features and preferences, with natural grooming as the focus.
Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy in full:
  1. All bookings are non-refundable. Once booked and paid, your appointment is confirmed and the fee is retained
  2. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice and receive full credit for future use
  3. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full and cannot be credited or rescheduled
  4. If you arrive more than five minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and the full fee still applies
  5. All changes must be made online via your booking link. If you need help rescheduling, email [email protected]
  6. No-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment and may be blocked from future bookings
