Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy in full:

1. All bookings are non-refundable. Once booked and paid, your appointment is confirmed and the fee is retained

2. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice and receive full credit for future use

3. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full and cannot be credited or rescheduled

4. If you arrive more than five minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and the full fee still applies

5. All changes must be made online via your booking link. If you need help rescheduling, email concierge@coterieatelier.au

6. No-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment and may be blocked from future bookings
